Returning to exercise after having a baby? This is the class for you. We revisit the main movement patterns - squat, pull, deadlift, push and lunge - find your current level, and help you progress. Delivered in a Zoom session, and available for 48 hours afterwards. Pre-recorded online home resources also available. You will need to have 2 resistance bands for some of the sessions.
