This 6-week face-to-face course is for you if you're more than 6 weeks postnatal and want to get back to exercise.
We squat, pull, lift, push & lunge to find your current level, and help you progress - all 100% respectful of your postnatal status.
You'll need your own resistance bands.
Non-mobile babies welcome - babysitter on-site to help.
Online classes included.
You can add a massage treatment to your booking.
Beginners & returners welcome (blocks 1, 2 & 3).
