Returning to exercise after having a baby? Want a weekly face to face class? This is for you.
We revisit the main movement patterns - squat, pull, deadlift, push and lunge - find your current level, and help you progress. This class is 100% respectful of your postnatal status.
You will need your own resistance bands.
Non-mobile babies welcome. Our childcare professional is on-site to help.
If you miss class you can catchup online.
You can add on a massage treatment to this course.
